After booking your consultation or program, you will receive a short intake form to complete with your insurance details. Once submitted, we handle the billing process based on your coverage. That’s it - you don’t need to do anything else!

If your insurance only partially covers your session, any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file after your appointment.

We can coordinate billing with a secondary insurance plan if your primary plan has been billed first. Please provide details for both plans in your intake form so we can assess how claims should be submitted.

If direct billing is not available through your plan, you can still access care. We will charge the session fee to your credit card on file, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement through your insurance provider.
