Our Programs

Personalized 1-on-1 Care

You’ve dealt with enough dismissal, rushed appointments, and diet-culture advice disguised as “healthcare.”

Our 1-on-1 care is different. We’re dietitians and clinicians with deep expertise in hormone health  — and lived experience navigating cycles, digestive pain, tense relationships with food, and living in a world where the foods, bodies, and experiences you see in media don’t always reflect yours.

Here, you get a clinician who understands your hormones, digestion, metabolism - and your story.

Care is collaborative, consent-based, and paced to what feels safe and sustainable for you.

In our 1-on-1 nutrition programs, you’ll:

  • Hormones, blood sugar, digestion, metabolism - we break down the science into plain language that finally makes sense.

  • We look beyond surface-level advice and connect the dots between stress, sleep, nutrition, cycle patterns, and your lived experience.

  • No extreme changes. No eliminating foods you grew up with, or disconnecting you from your culture or identity. Just simple, sustainable shifts that fit your schedule, culture, and season of life.

  • We practice from a weight-inclusive, trauma-sensitive lens.
Your history with the healthcare system matters.
Your cultural foods are centred — not “fixed.”
    Your boundaries are honoured.
    Your identity matters.

This is your safe space - not another appointment that leaves you frustrated and confused.

94%

of surveyed clients report improvements across symptoms and broader measures of health — including energy, digestion, lab understanding or trends, mental wellbeing, and their relationship with food.

PCOS Recovery Program

A 3-Month Program to Help You Take Control of Your PCOS with Science-Backed Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategies

Wake up with steadier energy — fewer crashes, less bloating, and cravings that finally make sense. Eat without fear, guilt, or constant second-guessing.

Feel informed, supported and confident in how you care for your body.
Not because you followed another rigid plan, but because you finally understand what’s actually going on.

The PCOS Recovery Program is a community-based, evidence-informed program designed to help you make sense of your symptoms and build sustainable care, without restriction, shame, or burnout.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone. Right now, food feels like a guessing game. You may be:

Cycling through diets that briefly work… then stop

Taking GLP-1 but feeling awful

Caught in a binge–restrict loop
that leaves you exhausted

Hitting a 3pm crash after 10 hours of sleep

Planning your day around
the nearest bathroom

Feeling anxious about family planning with little guidance

Being told “your labs look fine” or “just lose weight,” while symptoms persist

You’re not broken.

You’ve just never been given comprehensive, PCOS-informed care. If you want to stop guessing, feel more steady in your energy and digestion, and build confidence with food, you’re in the right place…

This is what real PCOS care looks like

Eating without fear or “good vs. bad” labels in the back of your mind

Understanding why symptoms happen — and knowing how to respond

Feeling steady in meetings, workouts, and daily life

Being supported by clinicians and a community that celebrates progress, not perfection

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing PCOS for years, you belong here.

This isn’t about willpower or discipline.  It’s about education, support, and community.

What changes when
you’re not doing this alone

Once you’re in, it’s not just about meal plans or lab results. It’s about learning, connection, and clarity in real-life choices. Inside, you’ll experience:

  • Clarity — understanding hormones, digestion, cravings, and blood sugar

  • Freedom — eating foods without shame

  • Energy — fewer crashes, more focus, better mood

  • Connection — clinicians and peers who truly get your lived experience

What PCOS Recovery progress can look like

Progress with PCOS rarely shows up all at once — and it doesn’t look the same for everyone.

For many people, it starts quietly.
Cravings feel less intense.
Energy stops crashing as hard.
Digestion becomes more predictable.
Food feels less charged.
You start trusting your body again — and understanding what it’s asking for.

Over time, those small shifts add up.

Based on post-program participant surveys, many members reported meaningful improvements

Up to 45%

improvement in hormone-related symptoms, such as more consistent cycles, fewer mood swings, less acne, and significantly less day-to-day frustration with PCOS.

improvement in mood and mental wellbeing, with participants feeling calmer, clearer, and more in control.

A 21%

improvement in energy and sleep, meaning fewer sluggish mornings
and more capacity for daily life.

Almost 15%

Nearly 65%

It feels like I have so much more time in the day, not thinking about my stomach.

improvement in digestion, with reduced bloating and fewer GI disruptions.

These outcomes reflect self-reported improvements captured through program surveys and highlight the kinds of changes that often happen when PCOS care is consistent, evidence-informed, and supportive!
